Seminar is open for all public (adults) who want to learn the most effective
self defense system.
It is not nesessary to have knowledge of Krav Maga
or other martial arts.
Seminar will start with basic techniques of Krav Maga Self Defense.

In addition of our ongoing training, also our weekend seminars are very common and you can get a good understanding of the possibilities of Krav Maga.
Instead of theory our seminars are full loaded with practical training in simulated real life situations.
Ladies Seminar:
Learn many basic techniques how to defend yourself effectively if you are attacked, how to look and walk like a "hard target". Also you learn most important things how to avoid violent situations.
You train many tips and tricks what to do and when to do if someone is trying to hit you, choke you, force you to ground, or even rape you.
This Seminar builds up your self confidence and it gives you good knowledge how to survive from different kind of violent situations. This course is "must" for every women!
Weekend seminar I:
Get good knowledge about Krav Maga as style of Self Defense. Also you start to understand which are the most common problems you can meet on the streets, how to avoid them and how to react if someone is attacking or threathing you.
In seminar you can easily learn many techniques of Self Defense and Ideology how to survive on the streets.
Weekend seminar II:
improve basic techniques in more dangerous situations against multiple attackers. You also learn how to deal with attacker who has knife, broken bottle or baseball stick etc.
